» I truly don´t care for lying Realtors/Investors I never contacted this number yet they use my name saying they haven´t heard back from me on whether I wanted to sell my property @............. -they have an offer waiting if I was thinking of selling. I messaged back & heard nothing .What Liars -nice try and btw, I´m an agent for over 2 decades myself and owner -- if you have to lie to get a listing your in a sad position as a Realtor . California marketing laws ban you from calling /messaging to any owner who has not contacted you in way of open house, calls or any inquiries--which as a Realtor myself for over 20 yrs I have not. «
