» I was contacted by this number, as was my father, and husband. A message was left saying there were cases being filed against me, and they would show up to my place of employment, my father´s and husband´s place of employment, neighbor´s, and anyone else that may be associated with me. When calling the number back, no one would answer and there was no voicemail. I called the 888 number that was also left on my voicemail and was told the company was Capitol Services, another person said Offices of Capital, and the third just said Capital. I asked where they were located, they said Boca Raton, Florida. When I spoke to them the third time and asked for the physical address, they gave me an address out of California. They would not give me any information on my "case". They wanted me to give them my social, birthdate etc. I refused to give them personal information to which they responded I would forfeit my rights and be required by law to show up in court. I called the court clerk for advice being that I refuse to give my info over the phone. The county clerk looked up my info and said not to give my info out to them at all. The most this could be is an attempt to settle a past debt in which it is not criminal and you do not have a warrant put out for you if you do not show up, at least, in Indiana they don´t.
